Salmon Harvester Properties was formed in 1994 between National Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Co Ltd (NFUM), an insurance co with a £1 billion Property Investment Portfolio and over £13 billion of funds under management and Salmon Developments PLC .
Recent schemes include Warwick Court Borehamwood, a 35,000 sq ft office scheme developed for sale to small businesses. Bulls Bridge, Hays which comprises a 132,000 sq ft warehouse development let to tenants including British Airways and Vodaphone. At Edinburgh airport they have recently submitted an application for 132,000 sq ft of offices and are promoting small unit industrial developments on land holdings in Cambridge, Hook and Ashford, Kent.
