Management
Ascot Business Park will be run by a management company whose shareholders will comprise the owners of the individual units and the developer. Shares will be allocated in proportion to the area of the units owned. The management company will appoint a managing agent to run Ascot Business Park and provide various services including:
- Cleaning
- Landscape maintenance
- Plant and equipment maintenance
- Refuse collection and recycling
- Security
- Security cameras
- Health and safety
- Insurance
An estate charge will be levied on each unit to cover the cost of these services. In addition the managing agent will run the services for any multi occupied blocks where common services are required.
