The industrial element is due for completion in November and has already attracted eight new businesses to the area. Details of the businesses cannot yet be revealed but they range from distribution to small scale production companies. Only three units remain unsold.

The 45,000 sq ft of offices, due for completion in March, will provide a Grade A specification with many “green features” including energy efficient heating and cooling, a recycling strategy, bike racks and shower facilities to encourage people to cycle to work. The Park is very sustainable being right next to the station and shops which will cut down on car use.
Agents Wadham Isherwood and Savills report that the level of enquires for the offices is at an excellent level from businesses wanting to upgrade the quality of their work place.
