Despite the economic gloom seven new occupiers have completed the purchase of their units at Ascot Business Park.Joint developers Salmon Harvester and Raspin Properties Ltd said “We are delighted to have sold 70% of the warehouse space and to have our first occupiers moving in only nine months after we started on site.
