click on image to enlarge   Ascot Business Park -“A very pleasant place to work.” 28/11/09 “The Topping out ceremony for Ascot Business Park took place on Friday 28th and was hosted by joint developers Salmon Harvester Properties Ltd and Raspin Properties Ltd and the contractor Marbank Construction Ltd. It was attended by over 70 guests including Adam Afriyie, MP for Windsor, Mayor of Windsor, Borough Councillors Parish Councillors, Borough Officers, local residents and the professional team. Rorie Henderson and Bill Raspin welcomed all guests and gave thanks to all involved including the professional team the contractor and in particular the local residents who have had to put up with the noisy construction works over the past twelve months. Adam Afriyie gave a speech in which he said how delighted he was with the development and complemented the developers in liaising with the local residents to such an extent that there was not a single objection at the planning stage. He formally opened the Park and cut the ribbon jointly with Madam Mayor. Guests were then shown around the park.”
