Tenure
The units will be sold on the basis of a 999 year leases at a peppercorn rent. Purchasers will own the leasehold interest of the land up to the outside face of each building. Each owner will be required to contribute to the estate charge for the management of the estate outside their ownership. Consideration will also be given to letting the buildings.
Whether buying or renting, we are able to offer a range of transaction structures to assist occupiers with issues such as relocation costs, fit out costs, residual lease commitments or surplus freehold property.
