Third Party Rights
The Buyer will be granted rights pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 under the building contract and the appointments of the construction professionals. The rights to be granted are set out in the schedules to the building contract and professional appointments and are essentially the same provisions that would be found in collateral warranties. The third party rights will be triggered by notices to be served by the Seller and a certified copy of each notice will be provided to the Buyer.
